US Based Best IT Recruiter / OPT Recruiter Jobs in Hyderabad
OPT Recruiter Jobs in Hyderabad looking to team up with people who can Recruit OPT / CPT candidates in Hyderabad and place them to the right opportunities. We are open for Work from Home option for self-starters and motivated candidates.
Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)- 7:30PM to 4:30AM 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for OPT’s/CPT’s Hiring and Marketing.
- Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with Tier1 vendors / Implementation partners/Direct Clients.
- Responsible to build strong network of Vendors/Clients with good business relationship.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for time sheets, etc.
- Need to take the accountability daily activity and share the daily updates to the management.
Skills needed:
- Ideal candidate will be someone with 2-4 years’ experience in OPT / CPT / H1 Transfers
- Experienced in OPT/ Student Hiring in US Market/ should be able to get H1B Transfers.
- Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners
- Good understanding about the hot IT skills in the US market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- BS degree is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 to ₹40,000.00 /month
