Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities Conducting trainings according to client’s instructions. Like in Drivewright Tyrefit a German project which was dealing with identifying car body types in the likes of SUV, Sedan, and Coupe etc. It carried a capacity of 30 associates and its main aim was to help car buyers who have no knowledge of cars to understand different car models their fuel consumption and quality as well. It was one of the tough projects that I have undertaken because we were working the data in a excel sheet and identifying the body types was not that easy for my team. The set target was too high but in the process I was able to help my team in achieving quality data after training them on how to review their files. ●Allocation of files and uploading batches after reviewing. ●Embracing team work during meetings. ●Ensuring we meet the client’s set deadline for the project. ●Reporting to the project manager on the progress of the project. ●Ensuring we deliver quality work by analyzing and managing the keyed in data. ●Requesting for more work in case we are running short of batches. ●Downloading and arranging the work for quality control measure.

At Digital Divide Data where I currently work I started Blessed Assurance Group and being the Chairlady I organize a quarterly charity events by visiting different children homes, sharing with them the little we contribute and empowering them. The Group is made of 50 members and on 11th January 2020 we visited Cindi’s Children Home at Mlango Kubwa. This is our second year since the Blessed Assurance group started. Having interest in mentoring teenagers pushed me to partner with Wings of Hope Rescue Home at Kamulu from December 2018. The home accommodates pregnant, HIV positive and raped homeless girls within the age bracket 12-17.
